According to public relations the session of scientific committee of the first festival for accepting the better proposals and ideas was hold in 1391/6/6 in Rajai centre with the attendance of chief Dr Alireza Jalali Dr Rafati Dr Golpira Dr Maleki Dr Hadavand Dr tutunchi Dr Aghdai DR Tabib Hoseini and Mayel Afshar .

 Adding that in this session the date of holding festival and group of judges were detertmined.
